Our Babysitter Requirements
2-3+ years of childcare experience post 18
We require 2-3 years of childcare experience to be considered for the position. If you are a nanny looking for extra hours during the summer, a teacher with summer availability, or someone with childcare experience seeking occasional work, we would love to speak with you.
Strong Swimmers
Beach Tags
Vacation is the perfect time for swimming! Families are always on the go, enjoying pools and beaches. We want to ensure that our sitters are safe while accompanying the BH families.
If you wish to be considered for our beach buddy shifts, you must already have obtained a beach tag for your preferred beach location.

We have a comprehensive reference checking system to verify your experience. Blue Harbor Babysitting Co. conducts thorough background checks to ensure the highest quality of professional sitters for our families.
All babysitters are personally interviewed by our agency to discuss their experience in detail and explain how our system operates. We take pride in carefully matching our skilled sitters with families, ensuring a professional and supportive environment for both our sitters and clients.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and professional workplace, we may conduct random drug testing to ensure the safety of the children in our care.
