OUR BABYSITTER REQUIREMENTS
​
2–3+ Years of Childcare Experience (Post-18)
We’re looking for caregivers with at least 2–3 years of hands-on childcare experience after age 18.
If you’re a nanny picking up extra hours, a teacher with summer availability, or an experienced caregiver seeking flexible work, we’d love to connect.
​
Strong Swimmers
Many of our families vacation near pools and beaches, so strong swimming skills are essential.
For select Beach Buddy shifts, sitters must already hold a beach tag for their preferred beach location.
Required only in certain areas.

Professional Childcare References
Three professional childcare references are required to verify your experience and ensure the highest level of care for our families.

Background Check & Interview
All sitters complete a comprehensive background check and a personal interview with our team.
We take pride in thoughtfully matching sitters with families — creating a professional, supportive, and safe experience for everyone involved.
