What are the certifications?
Our sitters are fully certified in CPR and First Aid. Beyond medical training, our team finishes specialized courses in sun safety and coastal water awareness so your little ones stay protected during their beach adventures.
What are the staff ratios?
We operate with a maximum 1:4 ratio to prioritize individual care. For newborns or water-based play, we implement even stricter guidelines to maintain the highest level of safety and personalized engagement for your family.

How do cancellations work?
