🏖️ What’s a Beach Buddy?
Beach Buddies are trained sitters who can accompany your children to the beach during a scheduled session.

Cost is split if using Family Share
Independent beach care (no parents present) is only available for families booking 5+ sessions. Must be walkable and pre-approved.

⏰ Late Booking Fees
We require bookings 72+ hours in advance.

48–72 hours: +$25 late booking fee

Less than 48 hours: +$50 rush fee

Same-day: +$75 (if available)
All late bookings are subject to sitter availability and admin approval.
❗ HOLIDAY PRICING
Major holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) are subject to an additional $10–$15/hr surcharge due to limited sitter availability.
🐚 POLICIES & ADDITIONAL FEES
🏖️ Payment is required before a sitter is assigned. Once payment is received, we will confirm and introduce your sitter.
🌊 First 8 Hours Non-Refundable
Once a sitter has been introduced in the family chat, the first 8 hours are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. This protects the sitter’s time and the agency’s administrative work.
🌴 Refund Schedule for Remaining Hours
